I think cultural tattoos mean something very special and in that tattoos, there is a special meaning
for those like the Maori. The Maoris have a very cultural tattoo that's similar to the culture.
Tongan and Samoan have their own similar pattern for tattoos. They get theirs on their legs, arms
, back stomach, chest and nearly everywhere.
