This week during reading time online, we have read a book called: White Socks Only. This story is focused on rasicim and how the girl had white socks to drink from a foutin that said Whites Only. hope you understand and comment if somethings wrong!!

For Maths I have timed myself 5 minutes to try and do as many as possible for each equasion. I wonder how much you can do in 5 minutes?

Experience about lockdown

To; Jacinda Ardern,

My thoughts on this lockdown is a huge experience on feeling how the people
were in 1918. It has been feeling low throughout this 4 week journey because
sticking around the same people everyday is quite boring. Although it’s quite
boring, it’s also supportive for our community.

How did you feel when the Prime Minister announced the lockdown Level 4?

• It calmed down and not many people were getting infected 

What was your worry?

• I was worried that this virus may turn the world into the movie I am legend,
• because of how the people were crazy and infected
• and also because the guy had lots of food (panic shopping).

Lockdown Experience

During the lockdown, I have spent so much time with family. What we do together
to keep all ourselves entertained is the internet. We play Fortnite, Roblox, and
kahoot. We then also board games and cards like last card, talamu, memorie and
poker.

For fortnite I played 2 hours straight with my uncle in Australia and claimed a
Victory Royale. For Roblox my Mother bought me robux to buy accessories and
to buy money in the game. I bought the money because it helps me upgrade
quicker than everyone else in roblox tycoon. During kahoot I won 3 games
straight. We did a New zealand quiz, Ps4 games and a music quiz.

In my bubble I've also been alone sometimes for personal space. I have been
chilling in my room watching videos and craving Mcdonalds and KFC. I wish I
had the original meal (Big Mac combo) and from Kfc I craved chicken, chips,
gravy and buns.

My bubble is also boring because sometimes there is nothing to do, it’s either do
something or sleep. I kinda enjoy being around my family 24/7 and 7/24 because
they are everything.

My holidays

My special Holiday

I went to my papa’s revealing on Christmas day. When we arrived at the Memorial Cemetery in Manukau

There were so many people waiting for us    

Once we first got there so many people were there. I went to go sit down but when I sat down I quickly noticed I was in the sun. It was burning hot I wanted to swop chairs with someone whos sitting in the shade but I was too lazy to ask someone.

There were so many people crying there. The headstone was a nice looking heart with sad words and with a sad picture.

I was so excited to see the headstone. When I was sitting I saw a person and that person was the priest.

He came and he did a speech. It was a sad moment for all of us there the priest said to all of us if we want to say any words then speak. So I just listened to some others talk.

After all that the priest did another speech than once he finished I took off because I wanted to go back in the car.

I saw my dad’s cousin and him and my dad were talk about his cool as car but when they were talking my dad's cousin jumped in the car and drift off and well he drift of the priest left so everyone took off so we clean up and kissed my papa cross. As we left my aunty peeped the horn at the grave and said bye.

Typing test, Term 1

I am practicing my typing so I can be quicker and more accurate.

This will help me finish my work faster.

On Monday my WPM result was 35 and today it is 37.

I have been practising so my result is higher and I can type quicker.

acts of kindness

On my birthday I have been kind because I Sefopalu and Etuale sit on the bean bag.I let them sit on it because I didn't want to sit on it. I only wanted to sit on it at the end of the day.

About me

This is the way I need to treat my chrome book. I need to not pick it up by the screen and not touch the screen because it could do damage and it could make your chrome book dirty

My Lenten Promise

 This is my Lenten promise. For me it was hard because my nana was making sipi I said no stop making it and she said why?, I said because I gave up sipi she said too late. I was sad bacuse when it was ready my mum came back from picking my dad up from work she asked if it was ready and my nana said yeah.

It was hard because I was staring at my mum eat her food she was having sipi and banna. I just turned around and went out side.

My poem is about cricket. after cricket we went to class and we had to do a poem but I was doing my reading test and 2 other girls named Kalisi and Zahara. Once I finished my test I went straight to my class and done my poem.
